I have been a patient of Dr. Malouf’s for almost 20 years. I can honestly say that this practice is top notch. First of all, you are always in good hands with his staff. The customer service provided is unlike any I’ve ever seen in a doctor’s office. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Going to any doctor’s office isn’t generally fun or enjoyable but I know that when I have my eye appointment, I will be treated with courtesy, respect for my time, will get my questions answered and will know that I am getting the best service and care possible. I highly recommend Dr. Malouf and his team!

A couple weeks ago I developed a huge translucent floater cloud in my left eye. I was concerned but thought maybe it would go away after a bit of time. It didn’t; so I called my eye Dr. on Tues. and he fit me in at 1 PM the next day, yesterday to take a look. He said it was an unusual floater but not a major concern.
His major concern was a tear in my retina and he was glad I called; it could have become a major problem. He did a Laser suture around the horseshoe tear and I was in and out in about 2 hours. Dr. Alan Malouf in Bowie is the best! I was able to drive myself home after the surgery. Five star service for sure!
