INSURANCE AND REFERRAL POLICIES:

  • We participate with most major insurance companies, except medical assistance, Aetna and as of January 1st, 2026, United Healthcare.
  • We require any updates or changes made to your medical insurance policy be given to the staff 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We may ask you to reschedule if we do not receive the information ahead of time.
  • Some insurance companies require that referrals are entered into their online system, and they will no longer accept a paper/written referral. We will verify the validity of your referral and notify you before the appointment if we need additional information.
